Low-Cost Self-Defense Seminar

Looking for some street smarts, a wicked-effective kick and a fun afternoon? Oakstrong Martial Arts will host a low-cost self-defense seminar in Scotts Valley. They host their $15 seminar occasionally as a service to the community. This seminar will teach practical self-defense strategies, psychology and physical karate techniques that can be effectively used under pressure. Class is open to students age 12 and up. Bring water to drink and wear loose sports clothing / gym shoes – no special equipment needed. Please arrive 15 minutes early to register. Specializing in self-defense and karate, senior Instructor Neville Loberg has been studying and teaching the martial arts for over 30 years.
