Sports Agent Leigh Steinberg on ‘Ganas’

Renowned sports agent, best-selling author and philanthropist Leigh Steinberg will appear on the podcast “Ganas — Leading from the Heart.”

The real-life inspiration behind the 1996 movie “Jerry Maguire,” depicting a sports agent struggling with a social conscience, the 72-year-old Steinberg has lived a life full of struggles and redemption.

He has represented some of the most famous athletes in sports history, representing the NFL’s top draft pick a record eight times. He’s the author of the bestseller, “Winning with Integrity,” with insights on how to improve life through non-confrontational negotiation.

Steinberg’s most recent book, “The Agent: My 40-Year Career of Making Deals and Changing the Game,” details his dominance in the industry and sheds light on overcoming his personal struggles to launch his comeback.
